United StatesInitially, I received all the other plethora of items I ordered but the leather strap (in which to hold the guitar) wasn’t included in the box. Nonetheless, as soon as the “dust settled” and all of the Christmas hoopla was over, Loog reached out to me and made sure I received my missing item. So I really appreciate and am impressed with the follow-up from Loog and their desire to make sure the customer is satisfied with their products.
