Bought these to keep at home for back up so haven’t used them yet, but overall packaging is nice and it shipped in a timely manner. My son loves his Loog Mini so it was a no-brainer to buy these just in case.

I’m a drummer not a guitar player, but the Loog guitar and sting change made me feel like I knew what I was doing. Tunes it through the app and it sounded great. Thanks again for the prompt delivery.
